“Me and my husband was staying for our babymoon at my 27th week of pregnancy. when we were checking in our Lobby Ambassador Chris escorted us to our room and explained thoroughly of the room features with the amenities and helped us with restaurant reservation on Christmas day. Since my tummy was getting bigger it was hard to sleep and before I asked Chris asked me if I needed a pregnancy pillow. I could sleep soundly during the entire trip. Location was good. Room service and house keeping was prompt. The restaurant had top notch foods. Only downside was the coffee machine in the room, since it was little outdated and went out of order. Overall we were very happy with our stay! Big thanks to Chris! :)”

“The hotel was fantastic. The room was big and the service was perfect. The hotel staff made sure that we were well taken care of. Only downside of this hotel was the location. As a tourist, it was little off the main shopping and tourist spots. The train/subway station was not as close as we would like but the hotel runs shuttles every 30 minutes to Shinjuku station. ”

“Bathroom was broken so water overflows on the toilet. We have troubled approximately 2 hours during fixing it. I felt what is the five star hotels with watching trouble shooting process and their attitude. Furthermore, they do effort to satisfy our inconvenience with free break fast during whole stay. I will choose intercontinental first when I go to overseas countries. ”

“I recently stayed at APA Hotel Asakusa Shin-Okachimachi Ekimae and I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay anymore! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. Check-in was seamless, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, offering great recommendations for things to do in the area. I highly recommend APA Hotel Asakusa Shin-Okachimachi Ekimae to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Tokyo. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!”
